Prior to starting Grade One Solution, Aparna worked with IT Open Source Family,SD International,The Soft Solution where he lead multi-operations along with good business and helped International/Domestic clients to succeed in the competitive market with cost effective delivery road-maps and quality products. Extensive exposure in both offshore / onsite delivery model with geographically distributed teams. Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills with the ability to uncover and translate customer requirements into business opportunities, quantify size of opportunities, and solve key business issues.
